Game tokens: 2,000–5,000 pcs with an existing mold; 10,000+ pcs for custom molds. Machines: most models have no strict MOQ — even 1 unit ships, though LCL (shared container) freight applies to small orders.

Tokens: 7–15 days production after sample approval. Machines: 15–30 days depending on model and quantity. Custom projects add design and sampling time — always get a written production schedule before paying a deposit.

T/T is standard: 30% deposit, 70% balance against the B/L copy. We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance orders and L/C for larger contracts. For first orders we recommend keeping the deposit at 30% until a trading relationship is established.

We ship worldwide. Express courier (DHL/FedEx) for samples and small lots; sea freight (FCL or LCL) for volume; air freight when timing is critical. We can quote EXW, FOB, or CIF/DDP — tell us your preference and destination port.

We support CE (EU) and can coordinate third-party testing for ASTM/UL requirements. Confirm your market’s requirements before ordering so certification costs are budgeted correctly.

Vector files (AI or EPS) work best — they scale cleanly for relief engraving. High-resolution PNG (300dpi+) can work for simple designs, but expect slight detail loss on fine relief. If you don’t have a logo yet, tell us your venue name and style preference — we can draft options.

$150–400 depending on size and relief complexity, paid once. With existing (open) molds, there’s no mold fee — you only pay for your logo print or laser marking. If you’ll re-order the same design for years, a custom mold pays for itself quickly and guarantees no other venue can use your token.

$30–80 depending on process, 5–7 days. Almost always deductible from your bulk order. Always test the sample in your own coin acceptors before mass production.
